Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VymerCycling gear. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to exercise your right of withdrawal and under what conditions we accept returns.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the consumer regulations applicable in Spain and the European Union, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, it is sufficient that you unequivocally notify us of your decision (for example, by email to velora.ciclismo@gmail.com) within that 14-day period.

Conditions for returning a product

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags.
It must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging that guarantees equivalent protection during transport.
For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear (e.g., bib shorts) that have been unsealed or used are not accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return

Write to us at velora.ciclismo@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm the acceptance of the return and provide you with the address to which you should send the product.
Send the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective, we made an error in the shipment, or applicable regulations state otherwise, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise with us. The original shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us at velora.ciclismo@gmail.com indicating your order number and the desired size; provided it is available, we will manage the exchange. If you prefer, you can also return the product in accordance with this policy and place a new order with the correct size.

Defective products or those under legal warranty

All our products come with the 3-year legal conformity guarantee provided by Spanish and European Union regulations. If you receive a defective product or one with a manufacturing fault, contact us at velora.ciclismo@gmail.com attaching photos of the defect: in these cases, we assume the cost of the return and replacement or refund.

Customized products

Custom-made or personalized products (for example, club kits with specific personalization) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable regulations.
